Dr Portelli grew up 2 kilometres from the Point Cook Health Centre and has enjoyed watching it transform from a rural farming environment to a thriving suburban community.
As a member of a pioneering family of Chiropractors, Dr Paul Portelli grew up experiencing firsthand the health benefits of a well-maintained nervous system.
Dr Portelli travelled to New Zealand to study at the internationally recognised , New Zealand College of Chiropractic that enjoys top 20 ranking status. After completing his five year degree and two year internship, he returned to his home town in Melbourne in 2008.
In addition to his family practice, Dr Portelli treats elite athletes from the AFL, netball, basketball, cycling and power lifting. The Chiropractic care he provides aims to help players to achieve their optimum performance capacity. By maintaining the correct alignment, mobilisation and function of the joints, our bodies are better able to raise to the challenging tasks we often ask of it.
